Karen founded List Now after identifying a critical gap in the market: homeowners needed more flexibility in how they financed essential marketing, staging, and renovations to secure the best possible sale price. Instead of relying on traditional credit-based solutions, she sourced a smarter, more accessible payment gateway that empowers homeowners to choose how they fund these crucial expenses.  Proudly, List Now has been part of the real estate industry for 10 years. 

More recently, Karen has transitioned to proudly leading Equity Now, assisting homeowners in accessing their equity before their property sells. Her innovative approach has enabled New Zealand homeowners to access their equity for a variety of purposes, including purchasing additional property, funding travel, consolidating debt, or achieving other personal and financial goals.
